Was it Coleridge or Olivia Newton-John that said "Palm Springs sounds nice"? ... No one is alive who can truly know. So welcome to our home, a luxurious, tranquil oasis with all of the amenities you would expect at a fine hotel with the privacy to let it all hang out*.

*Please only 'hang out' to your level of comfort.

We want to provide all the conveniences of home and this place has been tested by our four young children. From laundry facilities to entertainment and plenty of SPF 50 you should only have to go to Target (2.8 miles) twice a day.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood just two miles from 'South Palm Canyon Drive' and minutes drive from all that Palm Springs has to offer. You could cycle or walk, probably, I think people do that kind of thing.

We offer four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people, a drawing room and sunroom.

The master suite with attached bathroom, separate shower/toilet area and has a small patio. The other three bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share another bathroom. Each bedroom features plenty of closet space, TV and ceiling fans and of course central air throughout. Our living room has a wood burning fireplace, marble floors and a games table. My wife's flair for decor is beyond measure. The sun-room has a TV with surround sound and all the usual facilities - basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and Pandora. Garage space is available for you but driveway and street parking is not a problem.

Our fully equipped kitchen has a new limestone counter tops, chef's knives, just updated cookware. All the basic essential ingredients will be stocked. The dining area sits 10 comfortably and outside we have a covered dining area to seat another six. The outdoor kitchen with wet bar seats four while you grill and have cozy conversation away from the house for illegal card games. The pool and spa are ready to go with no extra pool heating fees!
